Question: I would like to purchase some land, what is the initial procedure/process?
You will first need to identify the land (see it if possible). Many times it is prudent to ask for a copy of the title deed. Using the information therein you then do a search for the land to see that it is valid.

Question: What are the documents needed/required to facilitate the purchase of land?
The following documents are required
- Title Deed (ORIGINAL)
- Agreement between the two parties
- Transfer Forms
- Consent Forms

Question: As an owner of land, I would like to transfer some land/plot to another person. What is the procedure/process for doing this?
You will be required to have the following
- You must have the Vendor Title Deed that you want to transfer
- Signed copies of the Transfer Form
- Signed copies of the Consent Form
- Vendors National ID (copy)
- Vendors KRA Pin Certificate
- Two (2) Passport Size Color Photographs

Question: How much should I pay? (or how much do you charge for your services?)
This will depend on a number of factors including but not excluded to
- The number of portions? This is if you are subdividing a piece of land
- Where the land is located (that is the locality), etc
